📏 Size & Fit
How do I know my size?
Easy-peasy — every product page has a size chart. Just grab a measuring tape, compare your stats, and pick the size that’ll hug you in all the right places.
What if I’m between two sizes?
If you like it snug, size down. If you like a little extra room, size up. Still confused? DM or WhatsApp us your measurements and we’ll play matchmaker. 💃
Can I change my address or phone number after ordering?
Oops moment? No worries — just ping us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll fix it if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s out the door, it’s in the universe’s hands (and the courier’s).
My payment failed OR money got deducted but my order didn’t go through. Help?
Don’t stress, babe. Banks usually send the money back within 5–7 business days. If it’s been longer, send us your transaction details and we’ll chase it down faster than you chase a sale. 🏃♀️💨

After you place your order, give us 48 hours to process it — this includes prepping, packing, and a whole lot of love.
Delivery time across India:
🚚 4–7 business days after processing.
You'll receive tracking details automatically via email once your order ships. Didn’t get it? Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes our mails like to hide!
🚨 Entered the wrong address?
No stress — just email us at meraci.customerservice@gmail.com before your order ships and we’ll try our best to fix it.
Once it’s on the way, we won’t be able to make any changes.

Returns & Exchange
Can I cancel or return my order?
All orders placed on Meraci.in are final. Once your payment is processed and the order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations or returns.
Doesn’t fit? Want to exchange?
We get it—sizing can be tricky. If your outfit doesn’t fit right, we offer one-time exchanges for size issues on eligible products. A flat ₹125 shipping charge applies.
Exchange Eligibility Checklist:
- Request must be made within 3 calendar days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact
- Exchange is allowed only for size-related concerns on size-based products
- We do not allow exchanges for a different product or design
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We’ll inspect the item once received and update you on the exchange status

Refunds
At Meraci, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. In rare cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue and the eligibility of the item.
Store credit refunds are only provided under the following conditions:
- Major quality issues not covered under our exchange policy
- Damaged product received
- Item is out of stock after purchase and cannot be fulfilled
Please note: We do not offer refunds for size issues, style preferences, or change of mind.
If a refund is approved, the store credit will be issued within 2–3 working days.
